The whole group will enjoy easy access to everywhere from this centrally located condo. Public transportation passes nearby. This condo has its own private entrance.
Two nights minimum stay applies.
New deep,luxury mattresses have been added in all bedrooms. A restful night, away from the noise and hub bub of the city centre traffic; and night time revelry, is guaranteed.
You don't have to ask for a room with a quiet aspect- you've got it.
The space
Our home in the Phoenix Park Racecourse is part of a luxury development located in the much sought after townland of Castleknock.
Fast and frequent bus and train services bring you to the city centre in about 15 minutes. A grocery store is just around the corner.
Discounter (Lidl) is located in the Castleknock village.
Wonderful amenities, are outside your door.
The vast Phoenix Park with herds of wild deer roaming freely is on your doorstep. ( 5 minutes walk) For a great way to start your day, safe footpaths and open meadowlands are ready to be enjoyed in this tranquil oasis of greenery. Ashtown castle, in the park, is steeped in history, and has picnic tables and a children's playground.
Guest access
Guests have the entire apartment to themselves, unless otherwise stated, as we vacate our home and stay with family members during reservations , and also spend time overseas
Other things to note
Tranquility is the essence of your stay. This is a very bright, sun drenched, "mini house" with floor to ceiling windows, and total privacy.
plus it's own entrance door to the street.
the two bedrooms are on the ground floor with four single beds and the living area/ kitchen is upstairs. Upstairs is a double bed setee plus a day bed/ couch which has a separate pull out bed slotted underneath suited to two sleeping separately.
a max of 7 people can sleep separately in the apartment.
If 7 people linger in the showers in quick sequence, the hot water cylinder may empty. It takes about an hour to fully reheat the tank
There are two bathrooms with walk in showers. One is en suite.
Small children will have to be minded and kept away from the staircase.
5 bicycles are available for enjoying the many cycle trails in the nearby
Phoenix Park, at no extra cost.
Please note, we do not welcome groups arriving for "party" weekends etc. as we give our neighbours due respect with regard to late night noise etc.
