Our room at StayCity was a good size and had everything -- including dishes and silverware, which was awesome. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff could not have been more kind and helpful. The area is quiet yet walking distance to the best shopping, pubs, and attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is in a great location! Easy to walk to all tourist hot spots, bus stops and train station. Front desk staff were all very helpful - directions, fresh towels, etc The room is cozy but has everything you need including mini fridge (with freezer and ice cube tray), toaster, kettle, small stove top (with all pots/pans, dishes, cutlery) and dishwasher. There is even a grocery store steps away! Would definitely stay here again

The hotel was in a great location & a good spacious room, however, we arrived at 15:05 and were told our room was not ready- we then had to wait 50 minutes for our room to become available. The reception staff were very apologetic & did offer a free drink and late checkout, but paying £280 for one night in a hotel room is extremely expensive, especially when we can’t get in our room when we had plans for the early evening.
