"Overall what a great place. Excellent transportation links and so easy for a number of different venues. Hotel restaurant and bar were great quality and great service. Rooms are well equipped and everything was thought through. One area of disappointment was front of house. I reported safe not working on arrival and still not addressed 3 days later. Reception failed to take pre charge correctly on check in then sent me an email suggesting it was my fault and I needed to address it as a matter of urgency. These issues apart would be more than happy to stay again if visiting Dublin."

"Room fridge was never less than warm (not even cool). No hand towels exist. No outlet in bathroom for hair dryer or other appliances. No cable channels- only a few local news channels accessible. Most rooms overlook a moldy run down rooftop & furnace area."
