The property had a fantastic view as pictured on Expeida. A nice kitchen fully functional. Our host was wonderful and made us feel welcome. The three bedroom was very spacious and well appointed. The stairs may be challenging to handicapped.

Simply splendid! We loved our stay. Kati is an amazing host and most helpful. The views are outstanding and worth every penny. The stairs are not a big deal but you’ve got to climb stairs to get to this beauty. Cash only. Thanks again!!!

Dubrovnik view
This apartment had the most incredible view of old town Dubrovnik. The view was simply stunning. Now, there are stairs to get to apartment from the street, 95 to be exact. But it was worth the climb.

Perfect.
This is a wonderful apartment on the top of what must be an wonderful house. The top floor apartment has an insane view of the old city. Insane view. It’s comfortable, large, easy walk down to town, grocery shop and quick food just up and down the street. 5 stars.

This property was well appointed and very clean. The owner is lovely and communicative. The views were stunning...but those stunning views come at a price - 94 steps to the apartment. I highly recommend this beautiful, spacious property, just be prepared for the climb.

The pictures don’t do this property justice - the views are fantastic and the property itself is good. Host was excellent and nothing was ever too much trouble. Highly recommend this place although you do need to be able to manage the steps up to the property.

We stayed in a very spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with a fully equipped kitchen and nicely furnished dining and living room. The views over the Old City and the Adriatic from both of our spacious balconies (both with sturdy tables & comfortable chairs) were truly breathtaking. The owners were genuinely gracious and welcoming. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Dubrovnik.

Immaculately presented, very clean, close to center. The approach to this Penthouse is via a long flight of stairs, the owner helped with our luggage. The beautiful, unbeatable views over Dubrovnik old town and the coast more than made up for this.

Fantastic view
Large apartment with the best views. Ac in 2 bedrooms and living. Nice fruit basket on arrival. Washing machine was handy. Stairs up to apartment are not for the elderly.

The best of the best
This place was the best in every way. Immaculately clean. Spacious for six people. The property owners, who live below the apartment, were incredibly welcoming. The view is absolutely is second to none. If we ever return to Dubrovnik, we will seek to stay at this location.

Great location, amazing views.
We loved our stay here. The host was very welcoming and the apartment was close to the old town. The beach was directly across the road and down a huge amount of stairs. Supermarket is close by. We loved just sitting on the patio enjoying the view. If you don’t mind a few stairs I would definitely recommend this large roomy apartment with the best views in town.

Grea place but a few things could have been better
Great condo for a group. Beautiful view. Every amenity was available. Felt just like home. Things that needed to be better was the check-in and kitchen. Communication on the check-in process and being available for check-in was terrible. Some dishes and silverware in the kitchen were dirty and had to be washed before using it. Wifi was weak and went in and out. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend to others...hopefully the owner improves the check-in process though.

Stunning All Around
The views are stunning, but that's not all. This was one of the cleanest, best equipped places I have ever stayed at. You could walk around in your socks all day without picking up any dirt. There were more than a dozen towels.

Oversized appartment, great location
Our hosts were lovely. The appartment is massive and exactly 604 steps to banje beach. Old Town a 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay there our next trip!

Wake up to the best view of Dubrovnik
Gorgeous, large apartment in best location for everything you'll want to do. Even a very nice beach is a short walk. Two large bedrooms and large loft with 2 twin beds and 2 bathrooms. It also has 2 balconies, a large main one and an smaller balcony off master bedroom. Unit is well supplied and wine and fruit were present when we arrived. Our hosts were wonderful. Our only regret was not staying more than 4 nights. We would definitely return.

If you can do stairs, STAY HERE! It's AWESOME!
If you can do stairs, stay here! It truly does have the best view in Dubrovnik and is very accessible to the Old City (easy walk). The property itself has stairs, but the hosts will help with luggage and are totally awesome. When we left, it was raining quite hard; we were going to walk and told them so, but they got up at 6:00 in the morning and cheerfully took us in their car to our next destination. They really went the second mile, even though we didn't ask. Also, the rooms were clean and well furnished, the hosts left us a huge basket of assorted fruit when we arrived, plus a bottle of wine and sparkling water. Great kitchen, comfortable beds, and that absolutely perfect view. Just 2 of us, but easily sleeps 6. Stay here, it's wonderful. Not one tiny thing amiss. Loved it!

The apartment is perfect and the views amazing of the old city and the sea. The apartment is clean and the bedding comfortable. We would highly recommend this property and we are definitely going back again. The location is so close to everything including the beach and old city. Best accommodation we have had in the 4 weeks of our European holiday.

A memorable stay in Dubrovnik
We found The Best Old Town View to be a lovely place to stay for our son's wedding. The property owners were very kind and welcoming to us, even leaving a nice bottle of wine and fruit for us to enjoy. The room was very clean and well equipped. The view was incredible and easy walking distance to the old town. We were very happy with the accommodations and would highly recommend this property.

Clean apartment with beautiful view.
The apartment was extremely clean and had all the amenities, in every room, that we needed for our stay. The views over the Old City were what attracted us in the first place and were beyond our hopes. The owners of the apartment lived on the floor below and were absolute treasures. Being on site gave us the added security that if we needed them they were literally on hand. (We never needed them!!!) We were met on arrival with a smile and a genuine welcome. They are obviously proud of the work they have done in presenting their beautiful apartment. Being such lovely hosts they invited us for a farewell drink the night before our departure. Although planned as a 'short' gathering, we spent a most enjoyable and informative 2 hours with them. If we return to Dubrovnik we would certainly go back to the Penthouse, and have already recommended it to friends. Thanks so much to Katerina and Ivan

Lovely apartment with lots of nice touches
This apartment is as good as the photos,if not better. We were a family of five including three teenagers and there was more than enough space for us all. Beautifully furnished and immaculately clean, the apartment has everything you need plus some nice additional touches - a fruit basket on arrival, umbrellas in a stand near the door, lots of toiletries in the bathrooms. The view is truly amazing and we could have sat on the balcony all day watching the boats come and go. The owners live below and so are on hand for any problems and are very helpful and hospitable. The only negative is that it is a challenging walk uphill (including 94 steps up to the apartment ) from the airport bus drop off point. If you are elderly or disabled I would recommend a taxi instead and help will be needed with the luggage. The apartment also might not be suitable for those with small children. Overall a superb apartment.

Best view in Dubrovnik
A few minutes walk to the Old Town, fantastic view from balcony, quiet, very well finished and spotlessly clean; I would be very happy to stay again (or live there!). There are a lot of steps so not suitable for the less physically able. Croatia is a great holiday destination especially if you can get out to a few of the islands.

We were in love with this penthouse so beautiful, so clean with the gorgeous view, our hosts were very helpful with giving us their parking space and took care our luggage. They also have us a wonderful fruit basket and were incredibly sweet throughout our stay!

The hotel is 8-10 minutes walk to Old Town, in a quiet location overlooking the island of Lokrum and the Old Town. Nearby, you have a supermarket, bakery, cable car and shuttle bus stop back TO the airport. Steps down to Banje Beach are directly opposite. Once you reach the property prepare yourself for the 94 steps to your apartment. The apartment itself is clean, spacious and has all you need for a few nights self-catering stay. Towels, toiletries, hairdryer, kitchen appliances and teabags all provided. There are 3 bedrooms (1 double, and 2 twin) and 2 bathrooms both of which are clean and modern. However, there are a few large, dark pieces of furniture which can make the room look dark. The balcony is a lovely sun trap where you can watch the comings and goings into the harbour. The apartment was expensive for two of us and I think the rate should have been reduced as we did not make use of every room. Also, you can only pay by cash, so be prepared beforehand. The option to pay by card would be very convenient. Our hosts were very pleasant and welcoming. One final improvement I would suggest would be the option of being picked up from the shuttle bus stop at Pile Gate. This would be very welcome after the flight and would avoid a hike uphill with your cases, especially on a hot day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend for families or groups.

Fantastic view from apartment - old town, Lockrum and Adriatic sea! It is about 10-15 mins walk to old town and there is free parking in front of the apartment. It is perfect as we drove and the parking could be nightmare around old town. The apartment is very spacious and the owner is kind enough to give us a bottle of wine upon arrival. There is no AC in the bedrooms but there is one AC in the hallway outside the two bedrooms downstairs.

Brilliant appartment
This is an extremely nice apartment that is in an ideal location (as long as you are fit and healthy enough to climb all the stairs). When we arrived we were greeted very warmly and given a spot outside to park our car. Felt very welcome and the owners were happy to store baggage after the check out. The apartment itself is very luxurious feeling with lots of space even for 5 people (although it could take another one). Beautiful balcony with a table where we ate all our meals overlooking the stunning view of old town and the harbor. All windows had blinds and were double glazed so the place stayed lovely and cool (there was also 2 AC units). Many towels and toiletries provided along with some complementary fruit and water on arrival. Location wise this place is about 10 min climb up stairs from the old town so pretty perfect and you do get an amazing view (if you are lucky there are sometimes fireworks which seem like your personal display on the balcony)

Beautiful view, newer construction, full kitchen. Actually was bigger then the pictures led us to believe (when does that every happen?!). Nice neighborhood with easy, downhill access to all of oldtown in 5-10min. This is an independently run apartment, so make sure you communicate well with the landlord (who lives on the first floor). Parking is on street (tell the landlord if you have a car). Also, like all of Dubrovnik, there are a lot of stairs (95 to get to the apartment from street).

아주 훌륭한 아파트. 아주 더운날만 아니라면...
복층 침실이 너무 더워 다섯가족이 자기엔 불편했어요. 입구부터 숙소까지 어마어마한 계단이 있어 짐 옮기기가 힘들었어요. 다른것들은 모두 만족스러웠고 특히 발코니에서의 경치는 으뜸이에요. 집도 고급스럽고 주방도 좋았어요. 단지 현금으로만 숙박비 결제가되서 조금 불편했어요.

Regarding your comment on the heat, every room in the penthouse has their own air conditioning unit and if turned on with windows closed there should be no issues with the heat. ホテルのバルコニーからは、バニャビーチと旧市街が見えて絶景でした。 旧市街で歩き回ったあとの階段は大変でしたが、苦労なしには絶景は見られないかな、と思います。 ロケーションはエクセルシオールの近くで旧市街やビーチから徒歩圏内です。 オーナーも常駐してくれていて安心。ただし、支払いにカードが使えないので要注意。
