"I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times. Every single time the staff has been extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with. The rooms are comfortable, clean updated and well maintained. It’s very conveniently located near two subway stops and is an ideal area for me. If there’s any one small thing that has not been perfect is that they don’t offer decaf coffee. Otherwise, I’ve been very happy and would recommend this property if it’s in an area you desire. "

"5 star experience. Very clean hotel. Bed/ linens were comfortable and high end. Everything was controlled via iPad, super easy and efficient. Drinks/ snacks were free in the mini bar. Loved it here and had a great experience. "
