The room I paid for isn't the same one they checked me in. They checked me in one small smelling room. The toilet is very dirty and you can see pieces of bones on the floor. The air conditioning is not working. I managed to stay three nights cause I was waiting for a refund for the remaining nights. Unfortunately, they refuse to refund me after cancelling my reservation. The shower room is terrible I couldn't shower in this hotel. Not recommended thanks

İlgisiz Otel

Otele gece 12den sonra ulaştık ve çift kişilik yatak olmadığını, otelde başka oda kalmadığı bilgisi verildi bu yüzden otelde konaklama yapamadan ayrıldık.

Otelin Düzcenin Merkezi noktasinda olmasi harikaydi. Odalar yeterli ve temizdi. Ücretsiz Otopark mevcut fakat 150-200 metre mesafede. Büyük beklentileri olmayanlar icin güzel bir firsat derim.

Ailemle bir gece konaklama icin hotels.com üzerinden rezervasyonu yapip ödemesini gerçekleştirdim. Konaklayacagim gün ne olur ne olmaz diye teyit etmek amacli oteli aradim telefonu açan personel böyle bir rezervasyon olmadığını ismimin görünmedigini Düzce'de bu isimde başka bir otel daha olduğunu yanlislik olabilecegini söyledi. Hotels.com'dan verilen numaranın bu oldugunu söylememe ragmen yapacak bir sey olmadigini belirtti. Bir iki saat sonra otele gidecegimizi düşünürken disarda kaliverdik. Hemen hotels.com müşteri hiz.aradim ancak Türkçe yanıt veren bir operatöre baglanamadim defalarca aramama ve dakikalarca beklememe rağmen. Neyse ki internetten baska bir otel ismi bulup telefonla yer ayirttim o sekilde hallettik. Ertesi gün hotels.com'a ulastim otel yönetimiyle görüstüler ve bir yanlışlık olmus olduğunu söylediler ve para iadesi yaptilar. Hallolmasina sevindim ancak güvenim sarsildi dogrusu..

Gayet memnun kaldık

Güler yüzlü ve yardımsever personel her konuda yardımcı oluyor. Odalar yeterli seviyede konforlu ve son derece temiz. Ayrıca ilin en merkezi konumunda olması harikaydı, yürüyerek bütün merkezi gezebiliyorsunuz. Özellikle kısa süreli konaklama düşünenler için ideal bir otel.
