good on all counts but did experience problems with heating on first day and permanent problems with tv , A point for guests with limited mobility there are 2 flights of stairs and no other rooms available for us. We have stayed before and its our 'go-to' hotel when staying in Edinburgh This time though we had issues with the shower head and one of the radiators, but we told reception Breakfast is good, although poached eggs were hard this time who wants hard poached eggs? Overall a great hotel though

Lovely apartment in a great location. Right next to the Palace. Located at the opposite end of the royal mile to Edinburgh castle, and not far from all tourist sites and restaurants.
