Situated on the Beach Front Road a few steps from the Sea. Discover Eastbourne from our lovely first floor split level sunny seafront balcony apartment 'Skipper's View' which is perfect for a holiday away whilst enjoying all the comforts of home. Fantastic for The Air Show - AirBourne Air Show - mid August

A welcome pack awaits your arrival, varied hot & cold drinks, biscuits, chocolate & more.

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, hob, oven, grill, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher & washer dryer including pods. Plenty pots, pans, cups, glasses etc.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers two Televisions, 55" main and 32" en-suite king bedroom, Netflix, Now & others, recording box, DVD player with DVD selection & very fast wi-fi broadband internet access.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.
In the first en-suite bedroom, you will find a King Size double bed.
The second bedroom contains a double bed.

There are 2 bathrooms with various soaps, shampoos, gels etc.
The first en-suite bathroom has a toilet and basin.
The second bathroom has a toilet, basin and a walk-in rain head shower.
The local Water company request that nothing other than paper, pee and poo are disposed down toilets. Definitely no ladies or baby products.

Linen and towels of high quality top brands are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Beach towels also supplied.

The sunny seafront balcony has two bistro tables with four dinning & two easy chairs.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is around 15:00 pm and check-out is 10am.(this can
sometimes can be changed to suit guests)
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free vouchers for on street parking one per car (2 for 4 guests) available at the property.
- Pets can by request be allowed at the property, charges could apply.
