This five bedroom high-spec luxury property occupies the ground floor of the building and apart from being exceptionally well laid out and very spacious, the sleeping arrangements are flexible in that the bedrooms can all be either twin or super-king rooms. With a gym, games room, hot tub all located inside and superb outside areas we would expect the property to be a better than perfect getaway for families and friendly get togethers. The location in the South of Midlothian will prove excellent due to the accessibility to the plethora of activities through the Scottish Borders, Midlothian and Edinburgh which are all easily reached.. Ideal for all ages.

We were a group aged nine to eighty. There was a lot on offer to cater for us all. There were nine of us and the place was big enough for us to spread out and enjoy varying activities. A bus stop outside going into Edinburgh was a bonus. Would highly recommend it. Does Scotland proud!
