"The property was very well equipped, comfortable and the facilities were excellent. Fishing was good fun. Good location. Very peaceful. Lovely sitting in hot tub listening to the birds and owls at night. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend. "

"Barn Cottage is small but excellently equipped with quality facilities. We appreciated the Tassimo coffee machine and Dualit toaster. There is also a log burner, although we didn’t need it during our visit as the heating and hot water were more than plentiful. It is ideally suited to anyone who has mobility issues. Being all on one level, with two double bedrooms, both with ensuite wet rooms. We especially liked the personal touches of daffodils and chocolate eggs left for an Easter break. It is ideally located for visiting the New Forest and we would definitely book again if travelling down that way."
