"Friendly welcome, room had everything you would need. Cookies were excellent and dog loved the treats! The little extras for humans and the dog were very much appreciated. Helpful staff and they made sure we had breakfast to go when had to leave early. Nice looking village and quiet even though on a road. Great pub / accommodation, would stay again."

"Excellent property - the hosts thought of everything to ensure our stay was smooth! The cottage was ideal for hosting our party which was a mix of ages! Ample space and multiple bathrooms so no one was waiting around. It was particular suitable for elderly parents and kids with majority of bedrooms on the ground floor. The pool and hot tub (at perfect temperatures!) was a particular highlight of our stay not to mention the games room! Communication from the host was spot on!"

"Barn Cottage is small but excellently equipped with quality facilities. We appreciated the Tassimo coffee machine and Dualit toaster. There is also a log burner, although we didn’t need it during our visit as the heating and hot water were more than plentiful. It is ideally suited to anyone who has mobility issues. Being all on one level, with two double bedrooms, both with ensuite wet rooms. We especially liked the personal touches of daffodils and chocolate eggs left for an Easter break. It is ideally located for visiting the New Forest and we would definitely book again if travelling down that way."

"The cottage is very warm and cosy. Everything works well - but there could have been better instructions as to how things worked ! Rather under equipped but as very new I expect they will add things as they gain experience. Very nice hosts."
