"The waiting time at the front desk for check-in was ridiculous and even when we finally got a room, the young lady who might've been knew sent us to the wrong elevators. Other than that it was a very nice hotel and a good location."

"This is a really cute little hotel and a great part of Madrid. The rooms are kind of small but very comfortable but it’s the staff that’s truly outstanding. They couldn’t do enough and we’re just a pleasure to talk to."

"Hotel Regina is super centrally located. You can literally walk everywhere. The rooms spare no details. The only drawback was the restaurant in the property which is not part of the hotel. This could have been better but not their fault."
