"Staff at the hotel were welcoming and courteous. Can’t fault the hotel in any way, spotlessly clean and nice room. It is a bit out of the way so a car is recommended but as a base to get around it is perfect. 5 minutes to the GC1 which links the capital Las Palmas to the sunny resorts and beaches in the south, about a 30 minute drive away. "We had a great time at this hotel. The rooftop area is lovely, with a great view of the cathedral and sea, and breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect for exploring and only 20mins in a cab from the airport. Plenty of eating options on the doorstep. The rooms were very clean and aesthetically pleasing and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again."

"Juan and his father Jesus were incredibly kind and welcoming. They were helpful leading up to the trip and flexible with our check in time. We were given a quick tour of the property, which has mango and avocado trees - super cool. And they gave us a ride to the airport in the morning which wasn’t expected, but a very nice bonus. Highly recommend this place for a stay. "
