Room and private bath are available in my home in the beautiful community of Elgin, Texas about 25 miles Northeast of Austin, Texas. Travel to Austin is direct on 290 East to Austin. The room has a queen size bed that is firm, a closet, comfortable reading chair, and desk. The house has wifi. You have access to all the common areas in the house.

No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed in the front or back patios. Put-out cigarette butts in an ashtray. Do NOT throw butts on grass or plants.

No parties, or gatherings. Respect guests with quietness before 8AM and after 10PM. (Nightly quiet time hours are from 10PM through 8AM daily.)
