My room was nice, but as a Pregnant lady, I was surprised that there was no step-free lift access which made it difficult to carry my bags to my room.
I also received a "wake up call" in the middle of the night, which was for a different room. When I complained about this, the team apologised but generally laughed it off, which frustrated me.
The breakfast was fairly nice, though basic.
In general I did not enjoy my stay unfortunately.

Garragh Mhor is set in idyllic surroundings and while there we really felt a sense of peace. Jan and Darren are wonderful hosts, the breakfasts they prepared and served are superb and an added bonus were the morning chats.

The water in the shower was tepid at best. Apparently they had the boilers replaced recently, they told us, but the shower was poor. Kettle had a massive dent in it. The replaced kettle only worked when placed on the electricity supply at just the right angle. All the furniture in the room was cheap ...

Our room was lovely and the air-conditioning and heating system worked well. We very much enjoyed the spa. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. We did not really care for the dinner menu so didn’t eat there.
