"We booked this hotel at the last minute after our Airbnb fell through, and it turned out to be an even better choice. The location was perfect, and the hotel itself was spotless and very well maintained. What truly stood out, though, was the staff—everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of throughout our stay. The bed was very comfortable; the only minor downside for me was that the pillows were a bit too firm. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Brickell."
