The reception staff (Tony and his team) were friendly, very prompt with requests and made everything for me very easy, they even kept my luggage for 2 days after i checked out to go to Sapa. The location of the hotel is convenient and close to train street, easily walkable to most places or a very cheap grab ride away. Will book again next time I am in Hanoi. "

"My partner and I stayed 5 nights and we found the apartment to be perfect for a trip to Hanoi. The location is perfect, easily walkable to both train street and the rest of Hanoi centre. The apartment is also sound protected by the walls of multiple governmental buildings so it is quiet at night and not affected by traffic in the mornings. The owner is the loveliest person ever, super responsive with great English skills. He answered all of our questions almost immediately and with very helpful...

"Great hotel. Would absolutely stay again. Friendly staff, clean facility, on a quiet street. I booked two rooms, and both are very similar. Spacious, bright and clean. Manager Max was great help. I was also able to book Ha Long Bay trip directly at the hotel, so they were very helpful. Because it's on a smaller street, you will need to wheel your luggage to the hotel, not very far. Finally.... as of Jan 2026, Google Map has not updated the street view for Eli Rina, so you won't see it...
