"The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was excellent."

"The carpet throughout was awful and dirty. Our room key did not work to keep the lights on and the shower knob was broken and we could not shower. The manager was very impatient with us when we were the paying customer that didn't have a shower and the power kept going on and off. Other guest were complaining about the slow and rude service as well. The location to the stadium and train was great but stay somewhere else! "
