"スタッフさんの対応は良かったです。 ホテルのお部屋のお茶など、やはり1階のサービスコーナーから必ず取って上がらないといけなかった。 スタッフさんが10階は全室据え付けてありますと言われたので、何も取って上がらなかったのが悪かった。 内線が無くて、必要な時にフロントへすぐ連絡が取れず困った。 設備説明の不備が一部あり、窓のロールスクリーン操作に気付けず、一晩寒い思いをした。 冬場は毛布の無料貸し出しをして欲しい。 人感センサーライトは、設備費を投資してでも、上部に付けて欲しい。 野鳥の朝食は美味しかったです。 対応も快かったです。 赤ちゃん用のキッズチェアがあると有難いです。"
