Newly renovated, very charming former fisherman's cottage in the center of Estepona located across the street from the beach, the cottage gives a beautiful view of Gibraltar and Africa.
Within walking distance you will find the pleasant streets of Estepona with all its flowers, restaurants and small shops. The harbor is a 5-minute walk away where you will also find restaurants and a tourist market on Sunday mornings.
Layout:
The ground floor of the house consists of a spacious entrance, master bedroom, a second bedroom with two separate beds and a small children's room. There are two bathrooms with both toilet and walk-in shower.
On the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and access to the beautiful terrace with dining table with the best view of the sea and palm trees. On the roof of the house you will find a second terrace with sun beds.
Good connection with public transport and there is free parking in the street and the surrounding streets.

From November 1, 2019 to April 1, 2020, we have a special winter price of Euro 3200 per 28 nights, all inclusive.
Air-conditioned accommodation at this holiday home offers coffee/tea makers and a hairdryer. Kitchens offer fridges, stovetops, microwaves and kitchenware and utensils.

Tasteful, charming fisherman's cottage in great location
The property was as advertised - nicely updated, well-appointed furnishings, great view, supplied with everything you'd need, and walkable to just about everything in Estepona. Downsides were parking, which was often very difficult to find, and plumbing, which other reviewers have also commented on. It's an old building, so plumbing issues probably come with the territory, but we had toilets stop up and back up into the shower. The property owners were very attentive about fixing the problem, though, and it was resolved within a couple of days. Because it was in a popular neighborhood with a mix of full-time residents and tourists, parking was a challenge. If you plan to rent a car and use it a lot during the day, this might be an issue for you. But all in all it was a great choice for us and we'd definitely stay there again.

Fabulous apart from extensive building work
The property is just as lovely as it looks in the photos. We were met by the cleaner and she was very helpful at check in. The view is fantastic but unfortunately we were not informed of the building work taking place directly between the cottage and the sea. Our view involved builders, rubble and 2 extremely large cranes. The noise from the builders made sitting outside unpleasant, such a shame as we chose the property for this. We did not come on holiday to sit inside with the doors closed. There is a beach directly in front of the property with sun beds and a restaurant but we could not use this due to the noise of the building work. Also the road is blocked off so you could not walk straight down anyway. We walked along everyday to a beach further to the left with a lovely restaurant. I would highly recommend the property and we loved Estapona with its beautiful old town and the many restaurants. We would liked to have been informed of the building work going on however so we could have made an informed decision as we would have chosen not to stay at this property until it is completed.
