"I had a wonderful experience at the Melia Lisbon. The check-in process was seamless thanks to Gonçalo, who was professional and made us feel very welcome right from the start. The hotel itself is pristine everything is clean and modern. One of the highlights was the food; we visited all three restaurants during our stay and were impressed by the variety and quality. Every dish was delicious. I would definitely stay here again"

"Right from the start, the staff were extremely friendly professional, and very nice. They let us check in earlier than the check-in time because we arrived with an early flight. The location of the hotel is very on point as it is close to about two train stations and very easily accessible. The amenities were good and properties been paying very well. It’s very beautifully decorated and designed. I truly loved my stay there."

"Stayed at the Corinthia for a week. Travelling as a family of 4, we had a double with an adjoining room with 2 singles. Bothe rooms were large enough and having separate bathrooms was a massive help. The bathrooms were huge and bot well equipped. Breakfast offered a variety of items- hot and cold and there were 3 restaurants on site. The only negative was the Italian restaurant which we ate at the first night. It was very expensive (not a problem in itself) but the food was poor and the lobster the worst I have ever had. Overall, great hotel but avoid the Italian."

"I have to start with how great the staff were from the moment we walked into the hotel lobby to checking out. A big thank you to Nadia from guest services, she greeted us upon arrival. We were super tired and jet logged but her kindness, hospitality and genuine passion for what she does was above and beyond. Throughout our stay in Lisbon she assisted us with booking excursions and gave great recommendations for places to visit and ways to get around. She was great with our busy toddler and helped to make us all feel welcome. Our family superior room was spacious and clean, thanks to the house keeping team for keeping it nice our entire stay. One improvement could be the meal selection for half room dinner. It was a bit repetitive and limited so it was really hard several evenings to find a meal especially for our toddler. They were understanding and made substitutions when requested for him and we figured the meals were more culturally appropriate so we tried, but it sort of was a bit disappointing. Breakfast gave more options one suggestion I’d say needs some detail is needed to labeling to accommodate allergies. Overall it was a great stay."

"This hotel was perfect for our four night stay in Lisbon. It is located in an amazing area, close to the heart of Lisbon but away from the chaos and noise. There were train stations a walking distance away, a convenience store facing the hotel, and everything is otherwise in walking distance or a short bolt ride away. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself as well as the room is very clean and well maintained. AC worked great. Would definitely recommend!"
