"House is very nice, well equipped and spacious, with multiple bathrooms. Very good if you have an older guest staying with you who may need a ground floor bedroom and bathroom. It's off the beaten path but with easy access to Windsor, Maidenhead, M4, so a short drive into west London or to Heathrow. Good communication with property manager. "The Orchard is a fantastic property. The place is shiny new with top fixtures and a lovely layout that is comfortable but also blends in with the strongly bucolic spirit of the region. We didn't mind the lack of tv as it encouraged us to really venture out and explore the Cotswolds. Church Hanborough is also a lovely village to explore on foot from the property, though you need to drive a few minutes for other services.
