City Centre Apartments are situated in the heart of Exeter which is the historic capital of Devon. In its bustling centre, you'll find elegant Georgian architecture and a distinctive mix of modern restauarnts, traditional pubs, state-of-the-art performance spaces and grungy music venues. Exeter's centre is fairly compact and most of its best attractions are within easy walking distance of each other.

Exeter is great place to be if you like shopping. Don't miss the award-winning Princesshay Quarter, in the heart of the city. Here you'll find top High Street brands. For some of the city's more interesting independant shops and a nice selection of cafes, head to Gandy Street. The elegant Cathedral Quarter is home to some of the city's best restaurants, boutiques and pavement cafes. Don't miss the excellent Christmas Market, on cathedral green during th ewinter months.

For the walker, Dartmoor National Park is only a short drive away. Combining endless trails, tors and breathless views.

For the beach goer. Exmouth is just round the corner with sprawling sandy beaches and all fun the seaside has to offer for all the family.

Parking - There is no parking on site. There are two pay and display car parks out on the main road.

Getting around - With its fantastic central location. The Apartment has numerous bus routes and stops nearby. Also, a taxi can be with you in no time at all. Also food deliveries can be with you at all times of the day and night.
