"Overall the stay was good but somehow many rooms in the building had no tv / cable service for the whole weekend. I understand a one day service outage, but for tvs to be out from Friday until Mo day is not good."

"There were on young lady at the front desk that turned a possibility upsetting moment into a warm and understanding and accommodating one. I wouldn't recommend going when school is out very crowded. My kids enjoyed themselves that's what truly matter. ALSO EXPENSIVE!!!! Crazy work yall."

"My family and I liked the property, and the location is very convenient since it is close to many places. The room itself was good, and the check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient. However, there were a couple of issues that affected our stay. There was a noticeable smell of marijuana, which we really did not appreciate—especially because this was a family trip and we expected a more comfortable environment inside the hotel. Another important thing to mention is that the waterpark is not included, even though there is a picture showing a pool. Also, there is no pool in the hotel. The elevator even has a sign indicating a pool on the 6th floor, but there is no pool there, which can be confusing. Overall, the location and room were good, but these details should be clearer for guests."

"Room was dirty and out dated . No TV in the bedroom . My son found pizza under his bed from previous guest and candy wrappers in the draws . There were only big towels no wash clothes . We paid too much money a night for this and left one night early . They also advertised ocean view . No view of the ocean a view of the parking lot . For this price expected much more . Horrible experience . "
