Raleigh Cottage is a three-bedroom holiday home which has been renovated throughout in 2023 and is conveniently located just a short walk from Exmouth’s town centre and seafront. The two-mile sandy beach on the Jurassic coastline is just a 2-minute drive away and it links to the South West Coastal Path and the Exe Estuary Cycle Trail, bringing you to the quaint village of Topsham to the north.

As you enter the house, head into the cosy living room which offers a relaxing space to wind down in after a busy day exploring all that this area has to offer. The open plan kitchen/dining room is well equipped with everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal and doors open out into the rear garden which has a larger patio area with garden furniture, perfect for al fresco dining or for enjoying your morning coffee. Discover the three stylish bedrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor with an en-suite shower room and the other two are located upstairs sharing use of the family bathroom which is fitted with a separate bath tub and shower cubicle. Each of the bedrooms are furnished with a super kingsize zip and link beds (which can be setup as twin beds if requested) offering plenty of flexibility to families or groups of friends staying.

Exmouth has a 2-mile sandy beach and offers excellent water sports facilities. Coastal and estuary cruises operate from the dock and charter boats are available for fishing trips. From November to February, the Exe Estuary is home for some 20,000 migratory birds and the red sandstone cliffs of Orcombe Point, at the eastern end of the beach, are designated the gateway to the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. Keen hikers should head to Dartmoor National Park with is just a 40-minute drive away and the quintessential East Devon coastal towns and villages of Budleigh Salterton, Beer, Branscombe, Sidmouth and Seaton are within easy reach.
