"Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a wonderfully pleasant front desk staff who was very efficient with our reservation, and resourceful on places to eat and things to do in the area. We tried several of her suggestions and enjoyed every one! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and breakfast options were great. Very happy with our stay. "

"As you walk in you are mesmerized with art, very luxurious lobby, nice bar area. We had dinner and ordered chicken Cesar and flatbread. Bartender was very nice. We were there in New Year’s Eve. The room is clean, smelled fresh, loved the bed very comfortable."

"We did not use the pool. Rooms where clean . Overall the hotel was very nice. "

"Property was almost perfect. The only issue we had it that we had to wait in line a good 30-40 mins to check in. I don't know if that was due to the time we arrived or the day- it could have been peak time. There was also self check in computers but they were not operable at the time. Other than that, room was clean, we could sleep, no noise, friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay. Price was adequate and affordable. "

"We stayed on New Year's Eve for one night just before moving over to a Universal resort. First time staying and we were quite surprised. The hotel was booked solid but it was very efficient, everything was clean, the room was surprisingly nice, given the price. We could actually walk over to Universal by going over the Portofino and picking up the garden path to City Walk. Super convenient. We also ate dinner at Tabla and were VERY impressed with Indian food. It's absolutely worth eating there."
