Staff were friendly and helpful. Resort is licensed by them but not really a Wyndham level resort. I would stay here again, free parking, clean rooms. Basic amenities like a mini fridge are not in the rooms, rooms are very basic. Location is right beside the jail, but still felt safe- all the other guests were tourists. Easy to get to the freeway from there too.

The rooms were clean. Rooms are very basic. Even down to the towels. I only got two bath towels and a hand towel. There is a bails bonds office next door and I believe a jail is nearby. If you are on a budget great price but not scenic. Breakfast was really good. Free parking. It served the purpose.

The Good - Room was clean, all amentites as described; pool area was nice (deep pool was a plus), abundant parking. The Sad - no cookies are check in, fitness center was out of order, no waffles the second morning, outside signs are lit up to locate hotel in the dark, additional fees charged above what was indicated on Expedia invoice.

Great location to commute to Orlando attractions. However, it is next to a Correctional Facility. The room was clean and the hotel was dated. Staff were excellent as well as the breakfast.

Staff members were very helpful in answering questions. Parking was convenient at the location site. The only thing that I found was some issues was breakfast running out of syrup for the pancakes and keeping the tables clean at all times.

The staff were very kind and helpful from the moment I arrived. Even though I checked in late, the process was quick and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would happily return in the future. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!
