"Super location Room was ideal "

"Our second time at Macdonald hotel and spa at Botley Park. We only have one small complain when you have a shower in the bath, if you put our foot on the bath plug you cannot get the plug out and the bath fills up with water . Other than that it was rather enjoyable. The staff are friendly and accommodating."

"We stayed here right before boarding our cruise, and it's such a convenient location - literally within walking distance! The hotel itself is nice, showing its age a bit but still comfortable and clean. We liked the bathtub and actual king-size bed (unlike what many in the UK claim to be). Staff is very helpful and friendly. Would stay again!"

"I read the reviews after booking and to be honest I was not expecting much, but it was lovely. Room spacious and clean, bathroom clean and well stocked. Lots of tea and coffee in room, along with biscuits. Are in the hotel, excellent hot food!!"
