8/10 Good
"Pros. Stayed a few times. Staff is lovely. Location is great. Bed is comfortable. The pub downstairs has great atmosphere. Cons. Some wear and tear in the ensuite. Superfluous throw cushions on a bed in a tiny room are not necessary. Breakfast a bit lacking for those who prefer a continental selection. I would stay again."

The Old Vine

The Old Vine

8/10 Good
"This is a very nice pub with 6 rooms above, in a great location in the heart of Winchester, close to all the local attractions. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. The only reason we didnt give it 5 stars was because we where staying in the room overlooking the courtyard and at about 6am staff where going in and out crashing the door which was directly below us. A simple solution would be to put a soft clise mechanism on this door."
