"Our room was ready upon arrival around 2:30pm. We were handed keys right away and our room was nice and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was some mold in the caulking in the shower. But everything else was clean! The bathroom and room were spacious. Staff were very friendly, brought us extra towels and pillows upon request. Beds were cozy. We loved that we had a window we could open for fresh air. Upon reading reviews, I was aware that the room service would take a while, but I didn’t find that - it was about 40 mins. Everything looked good, my only complaint was that condiments for the fish and chips weren’t supplied and the food was a bit cold. Breakfast was great, lots of different options and lots of it. I was happy to say that when we showed up 20 mins before breakfast was finished, the staff were still filling up food and they had delicious (help yourself) coffee machines! Thank you for a great stay! "

"Room was very clean and comfortable, lots of room to hang clothes and draws to put stuff in, very spacious room and decent sized bathroom, parking is very limited by we managed to park in the sister hotel next door with no issues and as it’s pretty much right next door it’s not too far to carry bags. Staff were all very friendly and hotel we very well kept. Hotel is a perfect location within easy walking distance of all the tourist attractions as well as plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops."

"I can only give this hotel an excellent review. From start to finish everything was amazing. Cleanliness of room and facilities were of a high standard. Breakfast had an extensive choice, loved the freshly made omelettes. Staff in all areas polite and friendly, cant wait to come back. Thanks !!"
