"Very friendly and helpful staff especially on the front counter and good the room was pet friendly. A shame there isn't a power point near the bedside tables and needed to asked reception for an extension cable - if people have a medical need for power by the bed this is a bit of a pain and we normally recharge the phones, ipads, watches from the bedside The surface tops had stains and felt like the room could do with some TLC Bathroom was ok, not amazing Felt it's getting to the point the room needed updating"

"Ideal to walk to Kelpies and felt safe even at night. On an industrial estate so limited options very locally but plenty of choice slightly further afield. Staff v friendly and helpful. Room clean and everything we needed. "

"Clean and pleasant stay. Only there overnight, but it was a last minute booking, and the staff was very pleasant. No fridges in the rooms, but otherwise spacious and very comfortable. Definitely recommend."

"The home is beautiful and spacious. Perfect for our large group of travelers. It truly became our "home away from home" and was very comfortable. The lower level bedroom suite was great for my grandparents, and there was a second suite on the upper level for my husband and I. The washer/dryer and newly remodeled kitchen were a really nice addition. I only wish they included additional bed linens and blankets, as we wanted something to wrap up in while watching TV in the living room, but only had what was on our beds. And one person got cold with just the one bed blanket and ended up buying one from the store. Otherwise, a perfect stay. Quite centrally located - grocery stores and pubs nearby, and not hard to get to the highway. The train station is a 5 minute walk away, so even without a car, getting around is very doable. Falkirk central is minutes away, Edinburgh proper is a 25-40 min (depending on traffic) drive away, and Glasgow is 45-60 mins. A definite recommend for a stay in the Edinburgh area!"
