"Staff lovely, very friendly. Room big enough, bed comfortable. Food excellent. Only drawback for me would be the bathroom. It was spotless but the water pressure in the sink was not good and the plug did not stop water escaping out the basin. There was a shower curtain over the bath which meant it was always sticking to you whilst showering. It had a mixer tap shower that was either too cold or scorchingly hot and took quite a bit of fiddling to get the right temperature. Also the bath is quite high to step into and may be an issue for someone older."

Very small town wirh not a lot to do or see here, but we were only passing through and just needs a place to sleep for the night. This was perfect for that. Only downside was that the night we stayed, they had no staff available to open their in-house restaurant, and the other pub in town was also closed for meals so we ended up with Chinese takeaways in our room for dinner…"
