Comfortable and cozy stay

we had a wonderful time staying here. The house was very clean and tidy. It was in a great neighborhood. A seamless check in and check out. It was a great touch to have a Christmas tree up and decorated as we not only were there for my daughter's NAU graduation, but we also had our little family Christmas. It really was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

The home had everything we needed. The beds were cozy. The game room was a huge plus. The foozeball table had a broken piece and one of the blinds in the game room was broken, but the pool table was perfect. We did not get to spend time in the backyard, but it looked like it had a nice set up with seating, fire pit, heater, and a grill. The home could use a good deep clean (walls, floors, and baseboards). The floorplan was great. The master bedroom and bath is spacious. The location is great. We went for a 5 mile hike and it was an easy walk to the trailhead from the house.

Canyon get away

Location of property is in a good neighborhood. Got in late and check in was smooth. Beds were comfortable, giving us a good rest before our canyon tour. Kids enjoyed all the different amenities during our downtime. Would definitely stay again.
