"Loved the beach view,staff was great,especially the one and only Nikki.Anything that you needed they were on it! Possibly needed some new chairs on the balcony as one of ours had a large crack.Overall a great stay"

"To stay here was beyond incredible. The only thing I’d say is that was kind of annoying was the elevators they took forever to get to our floor most of the time, but it was perfect. we will definitely be staying here again. Next time we come."

"The resort is beautifully maintained and lots of options for hanging out and relaxing. We were not impressed with the restaurant Sea and Oats food was just okay nothing to brag about, but they did try making up for it by comping one of the dishes. That being said I would still come back really enjoyed it and very relaxing!"

"We stayed here for our 25 anniversary in September. The weather was perfect and we had beautiful sunsets. The hotel was beautiful and our room was clean and smelled so good (thank you Aracely). I was frustrated with the parking. We were not told it’s an additional $20 per night parking in the deck. Also, my husband has a stock F250 and we did not clear the clearance bar. It’s difficult to get in and out of the deck in a longer vehicle. We tried to eat at Coconut Charlie’s for dinner but the waiter was not attentive and they were out of steak and a few other things. We previously stayed at Aqua and frequented the Starbucks located in the Hyatt every morning. This time Starbucks was not great. The coffee did not taste good 3 different times. Overall, it was a great trip and a great room. I don’t think we’ll stay here again as the price was a little high for September and the parking was an issue."

"Very nice view from our room. Elevators wasn't working but it was okay wasn't that bad walking up steps to 3rd floor it was quite and room was very nice bed was comfortable. We will be staying there again"
