Spacious luxury double apartment in Folkestone, with parking and EV charging
Our beautifully appointed, newly converted basement apartment, situated on one of Folkestone's most desirable roads, is the perfect space from which to explore the local area, or as a quick stop-off en route to the Continent.
Ideally situated for Folkestone Central station (3mins walk), the Creative Quarter and beach (10mins walk) and for the Eurostar terminal (7mins drive), with free off street parking and fast EV charging, boasting all the amenities you'd expect from a high-end hotel!
The Apartment is a newly (2024) converted holiday let, comprising the entire basement of a beautiful Victorian property dating from 1887. Accessed via its own entrance, separate from the main house, the bright and spacious living quarters boast a newly fitted, fully equipped open plan kitchen/living/dining area, alongside a large double bedroom with super-king bed (with a SUPER COMFORTABLE Eve memory foam mattress!), lots of storage space, and a dedicated workspace.
High speed internet access (fibre broadband) is available throughout the property, and free off-street parking is provided as standard. We also have an EV charge point available for your convenience!
The Apartment includes a large bathroom with a powerful rain shower, washing machine, with towels and linen provided.
The Apartment is a beautiful home, perfect for either a quick stop-off, or for an extended break in our fantastic town!
Camp beds can be provided for smaller children - please ask and we'll do our best to accommodate you. We also have a brand new high chair, pushchair, travel cot, and a range of cutlery / plates etc for your little one, if required.
NB I: we live above The Apartment, part of a 140+ yr old building that wasn’t designed to be a 21st century soundproofed hotel. Floors creak and sound travels….so whilst we do everything we possibly can to keep your trip as quiet as possible - if you’re looking for an audio shut-out, it’s just not possible. Please look for hotels with “total silence guarantees” if that’s what you’re after.
NB II: Please note that whilst every effort has been made to create an environment suitable for all ages, given its basement location, The Apartment is not ideally suited to those with mobility issues, or elderly customers who may require more specialist provision. Do ask us though - we will always do what we can to accommodate your needs.
