"Great location for touristy stuff! Right across from the Tower Bridge and multiple of the city sightseeing tour bus stops. Tube access to the District/Circle line right around the corner from the hotel entrance as well. If you have any early flights to Stansted and/or Luton airports, night tube will not be accessible so be aware. Otherwise, the rooms were clean, the staff were exceptional & professional. Will definitely be returning in the future!"

"I'd say this property is so beautiful and definitely lived up to expectations quality wise. The food was spectacular even the bar food and room service! My only complaint would be they only have one restaurant on property and two other at the sister resort down the road and when we got there, they told us that there were basically no reservations so it was either we ate room service every day or ate at the bar or went out for food that they said it would also probably be booked up. So I just wish they gave us a heads up in advance so I could have booked reservations in advance."

"Fine for a short stay, but know what you're booking Our room was in the basement. We knew beforehand that it had no windows, but it was also quite small, and you could hear the Underground trains running, so it was fairly noisy. That said, we weren't too bothered as we weren't going to be in the room much, and the price was reasonable at the time. It's a decent option if you just need somewhere to sleep for a night or two, but light sleepers or anyone staying longer may want to request a different room."
