Ottimo soggiorno a Follonica

L'appartamento è adatto ospitare fino 4 persone. La sala, con angolo cottura, e la camera matrimoniale sono molto spaziose. Ottima l'esposizione, a est, perché alle 12:00 era già tutto all'ombra. Comoda la terrazza lunga tutto l'appartamento. Arredamento un vecchiotto, però pulito e funzionale. Trovato tutto il necessario, compreso un ventilatore a piantana, essenziale nelle giornate più calde. Parcheggio condominiale o in strada, trovato sempre posto. La spiaggia, molto bella e lunghissima, è a 5 minuti a piedi. Tutti negozi e servizi sempre a meno di 10 minuti a piedi. Mauro è stata una persona sempre pronta a rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta in brevissimo tempo. Nel complesso assolutamente consigliato.

Vacanze rilassanti

Abbiamo trascorso tre settimane a Follonica: l'appartamento è fornito di tutto il necessario per la cucina (piatti, bicchieri, tazze, tazzine, pentole e padelle), elettromestici (frigorifero e lavatrice) nuovi. Appartamento non grande ma perfetto per le vacanze per 4 persone (matrimoniale in camera e divano letto "pronto letto" nuovo in salotto) bagno con box doccia e un lungo e spazioso balcone con tavolo e sedie nel quale abbiamo cenato tutte le sere. Poi è a 5 muinuti a piedi dal mare, quindi ottimo per noi che abbiamo parcheggiato la macchina e non l'abbiamo mai toccata se non per estrema necessità. A Follonica c'è tutto e l'appartamento è vicino a panetterie, pasticcerie, ristoranti e anche al Conad (raggiungibile a piedi in 2 minuti). Proprietario cordiale e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente.

Follonica è una località dimensione famiglia, ottima location in un punto strategico a pochi minuti dal mare, dal centro, dai parchi divertimento per i bambini e dal supermercato. L’appartamento è spazioso e comodo per un nucleo di 4 persone. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Casa eccezzionale.

La casa è davvero in un ottima posizione per raggiungere facilmente il centro di Follonica e soprattutto vicina alle spiagge sua libere che attrezzate. Molto spaziosa e ben arieggiata, comoda anche ai negozi di alimentari raggiungibili tranquillamente a piedi. Una casa assolutamente da tenere in conto.

La casa é molto comoda. La posizione é ideale per raggiungere in pochi minuti la spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata e anche il centro e la zona pedonale. La casa avrebbe solo bisogno di qualche piccolo lavoro di manutenzione ma é confortevole.

"È stato bellissimo. L''appartamento è tranquillo, vicino al mare e il centro. Abbiamo passato le ferie bellissime, anche se quest'' anno ha fatto molto caldo a agosto. Adesso in tedesco: Es war traumhaft schön, die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe des Meeres. Die wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man/frau im Urlaub so benötigt. Auch das Zentrum von Follonica ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Ich kann das Appartment jederzeit weiterempfehlen und überlege schon, es für nächstes Jahr wieder zu buchen."
