It was very nice. Accommodated all of us. There were no extra Sheets for the pull out. But otherwise had everything we needed. We all enjoyed it very much, this is our 4th year in Folly. And love it

Clean, well decorated and great location!
We come to Folly almost every year this was the best I’ve stayed at. We have stayed at another unit in this complex but this one is no comparison. It was very clean upon arrival, and we loved the beach decorations. The screened in porch was perfect for nighttime relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped. The beach equipment left to use was very helpful as well. The only complaint we had is that the pool was not well kept. It was cloudy and dirty all week. We will definitely go back!

No child proof locks and very dirty
It was shocking that there was no chain locks on the doors. Having two young children who continued to try and open them was anything but relaxing. Put chain locks on the doors if you want to rent to families of young children! Also, the housekeeping service needs a serious overhaul. Very dirty when we arrived. Major dust bunnies and hair everywhere. Will not rent this unit again.
