Granite Hill Lodge offers an ideal getaway for families and friends to relish time together and embrace nature. This retreat boasts four cozy bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a fire pit, and an engaging game room, setting the stage for endless laughs and memories. In the winter months, the game room stays warm and welcoming with a propane heater that can be easily turned on and off as needed. Revel in the tranquility of an expansive 80-foot private deck, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or basking in the afternoon sun. For outdoor culinary adventures, a propane grill is available, with propane supplied for your convenience. Surrounding the lodge are numerous trails leading to stunning vistas over the southern Adirondacks. The location is conveniently close to Lake George village, offering easy access to its charming beaches and outlets. A short drive will take you to the vibrant downtown areas of Glens Falls and Saratoga.

Guests have full access to both the house and the surrounding land. From May 20th to September 30th, please note that the land is shared with a 20-site campground. While the lodge and campground share a driveway, guests at Granite Hill Lodge enjoy exclusive parking and private use of all house amenities.

Perfect weekend getaway

My friends and I enjoyed a lovely weekend in Fort Ann! Kelly was very responsive and kind. This is a great location for gathering friends, family and very welcoming to pets. We will definitely book here again!

Weekend Get Away

The house was very spacious and clean. The grounds were amazing. This was the perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle and not be too far away from area attractions.

Great family getaway

The house was cozy and as advertised. The house had plenty of space and a great game room for keeping us entertained. The house is dated but has all the amenities you need. We used the fire pit and walked the trails on the property. Very convenient to Lake George. Check in was easy and would stay again.

So much fun!

One of the biggest reasons I chose this property to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday was the game room! Our group had a great time, plenty of room to sit in the living room or eat in the dining room. We enjoyed hiking the property and checking out Lovers Lookout. We had a great stay!

The best place for big groups

We had such a great time at this cabin. There was more than enough space for all three families that came. Age ranges extended from 4-44 and all of us had an amazing time. There was plenty of room for the kids both inside and outside. Only 20-25 minutes to the lake and tons of amenities. We would highly recommend and look forward to going back!

Wonderful cabin!

Loved our visit! We vacationed with my sister, her husband, and their daughter. I loved the cabin, it was lovely, HUGE, and had everything we could possibly need. We had a blast in the game room! We strolled the grounds. It is a short ride to Lake George, which is beautiful. We took a boat ride on the Minne Ha Ha and went to the haunted wax museum. I highly reccommend this cabin!

Private, Spacious and clean!

Very nice place to stay and pet friendly. Kelly is very responsive and easy to work with. The house Is very spacious, it was nice and clean Rooms are confortable and spacious, we loved the huge deck, game room and fire pit! Its a great place to stay, we all enjoyed and we are looking forward to book again!

Beautiful lodge, great location

The Lodge was very clean with lots of room for everyone. They provided all the necessities and then some. The game room was great, the kids all loved it. The property was great too. There is a swing set across the driveway the kids could run to and everyone loved taking evening hikes. We would definitely stay again!

Private and very welcoming

Very comfortable house, clean, comfortable bedrooms, organized and with a amazing game room. Also is in close proximity to Lake George and grocery stores. We are planning to book it again when we are up in Lake George area.

Cherished Memories

Wonderful home with lots of room for everyone. Kelly had all the bases covered. She was so friendly and easy to communicate with. Although we visited in the cold weather, we all agreed that it must be beautiful in the summer or fall. The game room provided so much fun! Peaceful Getaway

Great Time with Friends

The place is just as described- clean, beautiful grounds and spacious living area. There is a game room, washer and dryer we can use! What a bonus! The host - Kelly was so responsive to our inquiries; she was really helpful and thoughtful too.

Great getaway for whole family

The house was big and open so lots of space for 6 adults and a 3 year old. The walk to the lookouts was fun and short enough for my granddaughter to do with us. I had my 2 dogs with me who loved the walks and woods. Loved sitting on the huge deck enjoying the spring sun. Kelly was responsive and very helpful with the few questions I had. Very accommodating with an early check in time.

Feels Like Home

Everything about this place was a home away from home and then some. There was plenty of room and supplies for dining, lounging, outdoor activities and the game room was perfect for family fun. We met Ryan the owner upon arrival and he was very welcoming. Recommendations for the area were left inside which was very helpful. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

Very relaxing

Great stay with plenty of room to spread out. We walked the property a bit which was beautiful this time of year and spent a lot of time in the game room. Definitely need to replace the coffee pot, it's super slow and took about an hour to finish brewing a pot. Otherwise, no complaints!

The game room, fire pit and deck made this a perfect summer get away. The owners are very nice. 👍 There are campers right around the corner. Power shut off because of a bad storm a day before, turned on right in time for our stay. The water shut off temporarily. Owner came right away at 6:45pm to fix it.

We had the best time

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The space is amazing for a group of friends or an extended family. The property is like nothing ive ever experienced with a vrbo property; our dogs thoroughly enjoyed the freedom of exploring both of the beautiful lookout areas. We barely had time to even turn on the TV but it looked to have everything you may need. And the large dining table was perfect for family style dinners plus after dinner card games. We are hoping to book again at some point!

Great location and space!

Went to the Lodge for a guys weekend. The lodge had plenty of space for all of us. I brought my hammock and slept near the driveway, it was really peaceful and quiet. It's close enough to Fort Ann to go grab a drink or dinner but secluded enough to have a quite night by the fire. There's a good supply of firewood and a propane grill. The back deck overlooks the yard and is a nice place to read in the morning sun. The game room and covered car port are great if it rains, but we spent most of our time outside. We got a few games of ping pong in. Kelly made things super easy and made the lodge available for early check in/ late checkout since no one had rented it before/after us. Definitely check this place out for your next vacation!

Our BEST Experience so far

The Granite Hill Lodge is everything we wished for and MORE! Ryan & Kelly were soooo accommodating and wonderful throughout our whole stay! Our crazy doggo got away from us once and Ryan even caught her! They helped us out with coolers for our day on the boat and recommendations for our big dinner at the end. The lodge was amazing! So big and so well appointed. We brought spices and other little things we've found missing at other rentals we've done... and we didn't need for anything... everything we needed or wanted was there already! The host's were super responsive. The game room was the big hit for the kids. They ranged in age from middle school to college and were in there EVERY night together having a blast! We will certainly book with them again as it was simply the best! Ryan & Kelly's love for the property and efforts to make it a wonderful vacation place can be seen everywhere. We're looking forward to the next visit and seeing what more they've done there!

Perfect Woodsy getaway

My family loved the lodge, tons of space both inside the lodge and outside. So many things to do, the game room was a life saver with two little ones as well as the trails. The hosts where lovely and very responsive to any inquiries we had. If your looking to feel away from the city and tsp back into nature this place is perfect.

Great quiet getaway

Me and a group of my friends rented this cabin in July so we could take advantage of the beautiful lake George area. The owners were great and made everything easy and painless. The house was in good condition and was extremely roomy for our group of 9. Lots of amenities in the area and at the cabin. If you rent this place you will not be disappointed.
