"My first time at a Sheraton but definitely not my last. From the moment I was welcomed from the Valet team to the concierge and the check in process. Room was beyond my expectations and clean. The staff went above and beyond to make sure there was I needed or could make my stay any better. A truly absolute gem of a place. I strongly recommend it and plan on staying with Sheraton in the future "

"Hotel was right in the thick of things at Niagara Falls and everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The hotel was clean and updated. The room was very large and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Our Hotels.com Gold status really paid off for us as they upgraded our room to the 9th floor with a great Falls view in the distance. It was perfect for the nightly fireworks over the falls. The 20% discount for breakfast was really great. The only suggestion I would make would be for the hotel to replace their worn towels. "

"Loved our room facing the falls. Brought my elderly Dad & so we could not walk over to the falls. The views of the falla, colors, fireworks were wonderful. Staff very friendly. Clean room. No complaints "

"Great stay so far! Had one hiccup in that apparently the fridge door had been left open by either the previous occupant or house cleaning and it had defrosted and put water on the floor. I cleaned it up and notified the desk as water was under the flooring but no worries to us!"
