Great location for a quick trip to the great sand dunes

Owner was a pleasure to work with, really responsive and very helpful. Super clean and comfy place. We were in town to visit the great sand dunes and the owner gave some amazing recommendations for other things to do. Would stay again!

The whole property was clean, all beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked with all necessities to cook any meal. The pantry had supplies to which we added a foam cooler for the next guests. Would stay here again.

Lovely home

The home was nice and clean with plenty of space for a family of 5. We were greeted with snacks and cold water in the fridge which were much appreciated. Nice big washer and a backyard with a picnic table and grill. Home stayed comfortable with just the breeze from the windows. Not much in the immediate area so I'd recommend getting groceries on your way in if needed. No dishwasher or lock on the bathroom door so if those are deal breakers, be aware, but we enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again if in the area! And if you're headed to the sand dunes, check out Spindrift Sandboards a few minutes up the road- the owner was great.
