Welcome to Casa Ola!
Come enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool of our surf themed home. Conveniently located near downtown Fort Lauderdale and nearby beaches, you are a short drive to the action. The fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms make the space great for families and small groups.

Proximity:
- Las Olas (main street for restaurants and bars) 7 min (2.2 miles)
- Fort Lauderdale Beach 9 min (3.1 miles)
- Airport 15 Min (7.5 miles)

The home is located in Middle River Terrace, just north of Sunrise Blvd and east of 3rd ave. The neighborhood is primarily single family homes with a few apartments nearby as well. There is a park within walking distance as well as the upcoming 13th St area, where you can find restaurants, cafes, and a few other small businesses.

The main action is located on Las Olas, which is a 7 min drive or Uber.

The home can accomodate up to 3 cars for parking in the driveway / front of the house. Best option is to rent a car to explore the area but Uber works well too.
1. Quiet Hours are 9 pm to 7 am. All of the surrounding neighbors live in their homes and do not tolerate parties/events/loud noise.
2. Total Guests allowed are 8. Please do not bring additional guests unless approved with host prior.
3. No glass containers in the pool area / backyard please!

Just far enough away from the crowds to escape them or join them. Perfect oasis for hanging out at the end of the day or all day. Never seen or heard any neighbors. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked this house to stay the night before our cruise. It was a wonderful house that fit our family of 6 perfectly! Nice pool and very clean house! Great communication with the owner. He was very accommodating! Would definitely recommend!
