Enjoy this beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home in the luxurious neighborhood of Lighthouse Point. Each bedroom is equipped with a 60” smart TV, as well as an 80” smart TV in the living room. Master bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom, while the two other bedrooms sport queen beds. You will have a full kitchen at your disposal with all the utensils for all your cooking needs. Adjacent dining room will provide a perfect space for you and your guests to share meals. For those working while traveling, there is a work desk available as well a cozy little reading nook. Or just lounge around on the comfy couch of the spacious living room. Backyard is perfectly designed for you to relax, breathe some fresh air and catch some sun! You’ll find a shaded outdoor dining setup, as well as a BBQ grill and even an outdoor shower. This neighborhood is extremely safe and quiet. You can comfortably walk anywhere, while enjoying the incredible views of the inter coastal canals and gorgeous million dollar homes.

The property was as described online. The manager of the property was easy to contact and was very helpful. The neighborhood was exactly what we were looking for (safe and quiet). This property is pet friendly and that was a bonus!

The two things I want to comment on are that the soft furnishings all need to be deep cleaned and the overall cleanliness of the property could definitely use some attention. It would have been helpful to have been told this was a duplex and not a standalone property. Alex was very responsive to text which I appreciated and everything in the property function. The backyard was charming. It just needs a good overhaul Cleaning.
