Had I actually been able to stay at the property I probably would had given a better rating .....the host reached out to me the night before that they look forward to hosting me then2 hours later @ 7:30 pm they reached out and said they could not host me due to plumbing issues, so I said ok find "please cancel the reservation" ,....Well they refused to cancel numerous times telling me to cancel after I was told my a supervisor with VRBO not to cancel it because if ai cancelled it I would not receive a refund...while on the phone with the supervisor on a three way call he contacted the host to cancel it and the host still would not cancel the reservation as they were concerned with their ratings... So I said ok instead of cancelling can I check in 3 days later when the plumbing was fixed..They agreed to that while on the phone with the supervisor and myself..Then two days later they then cancelled the booking after are agreement..they then guaranteed with another supervisor that I would have my refund in 24 hours as I'm traveling for work and did not have enough funds to cover a new booking and that took longer..It was a unwelcomed experience because I had to sleep in my car until the refund finally processed....I will say though VRBO did assist me with all of my inconvenience due to the host and their plumbing issues at this property...
