The Lazy Tiki - Private Pool

This fully remodeled, pet-friendly home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The "Lazy Tiki" will please everyone on their vacation here on beautiful Fort Myers Beach. Enter into the spacious new kitchen complete with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining room. This house is perfect for a family getaway, equipped with beach chairs and towels for your family to enjoy. Step out on the deck to enjoy the great outdoors, and walk down to the NEW pool area featuring a gas grill and a Tiki hut to relax under after a long day of swimming. Modern laundry appliances and parking are available on premises.

While this property is pet-friendly, we do require advanced written approval for pets and an additional $100 pet fee to be paid prior to your arrival. This covers up to 2 dogs for the duration of your stay. Cats are not permitted.

San Carlos Island Gem

Kitchen and bathrooms updated and beautiful; the pool is sweet, great for a dip or a float - was as warm as a hot tub but we were able to adjust the temp so it was cool and refreshing. If you have 6+ people, you definitely need more towels. Also not sure if our towels may have also been used as cleaning towels? We did a lot of laundry, bring your own detergent. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Great option to be allowed to park at the owners place for easy beach access w/o the nightmare of parking at FMB. However, also an easy 1/2 mile walk over the bridge. 6 women had a great time staying here.

Winter getaway

Location was great. We could either walk to the beach or catch the trolley right at the corner and be dropped off at Times Square. Backyard was nice and private and the pool was nice.

Beautiful property in a very nice neighborhood. We loved the pool and walks to the intercostal.

It was easy to find, close to the beaches and boardwalk/pier. My family loved the pool and enjoyed walking across the street in neighborhood to watch the sunset.
