Lux furnishings including huge L shaped white leather couch in LR, white Italian leather pullout in 2nd bedroom with Queen memory foam mattress, New California king in master BR with electric tilt for reading etc., Fabulous chef's kitchen with all appliance small and large - double door fridge with French freezer, GE suite stove with convection oven and built in air fryer, microwave, wine fridge, plus small appliances -Keurig, Ninja air fryer, blender, indoor BBQ etc. large pantry, iRobot vacuum, 54" TV and cable/internet, smaller 32" LED TV and cable in guest BR. Beautiful glass door showers in both BR's with Moen fixtures and quartz countertops. Ample free parking included. Minimum 3 month rental. Adults only please 55+ Rental subject to condo board approval. Exercise room, sauna room, social area, library, pool table. Large heated swimming pool and spa.
