This four-bedroom home has enough elbow room to accommodate up to 12 guests, so your family will have all the space they need to enjoy a long vacation with plenty of privacy and comfort. Boasting burnished floors, attractive decor, and lots of natural light, the spacious living room is great for entertaining guests and watching your favorite movies and shows on the mounted flatscreen cable TV. After using the stainless steel appliances and expansive countertops of the full kitchen to create tonight's homecooked meal, serve up to six guests at the round dining table, perfect for hosting intimate dinner parties. Outside, the wrap-around porch overlooks the private pool and has a gas grill and plenty of seating for those al-fresco meals. The pool is a great place to cool off during hot days. You'll have four bedrooms with king, queen, and twin-size beds, and the upstairs bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and access to a private balcony with a table/chair set, ideal for stargazing with a glass of local wine.

What's to know:
The Links Golf Club is seven miles east with fantastic green fairways to tee off on for a little early-morning exercise. Point Washington State Forest is 13 miles away with trails for jeeps, hiking, and biking, plus terrific wildlife and natural formations to check out. Eight miles away, you'll find Lil' Lucky of Destin ready to take you out to catch today's limit of tarpon and trout.

Very spacious home in a good location. We loved having the two master bedrooms. The beautiful beach is only a couple blocks away and the pool is very nice. Our biggest issue with the house was the cockroach problem. We saw several cockroaches within the first couple of days. Property manager sent out someone to spray and even after that we continued to see them.

Everyone Gave This Place A Huge Thumbs Up
3 Generations including 3 and almost 5 year old had such a great time. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was updated and stocked. You will need to bring anything that is edible including salt. Family room was large, but we spent most of our time at the beach, in the pool, or on the large porch. Air conditioner kept up. So did hot water heaters, although the one that is for the bedroom with the tub could be upped a bit for warmer water. Pool was so nice to have and our kids learned to swim. Great washer and dryer was kept in use. We lucked out with the ocean. Absolutely gorgeous and only less than 2 blocks away with sidewalks. Outside shower at the property was great to keep sand outside. If you are staying with kids, the front door can be opened from the inside easily. (Automatically locks from outside). We moved the coffee table in front of the door each night to make sure the kids couldn’t get out. Although the pool is secured, the porch leading to the road is not. We just had a blast and agreed we would rent here again. Thank you to the owners for providing such a great house.

Beautiful home within walking distance of beaches
We stayed here with 7 adults and 4 children (age 5 and under) and the house was perfect for our group. The house was beautiful with only 2 things I would change/fix -- the upstairs shower was partially running when we arrived and could not be shut off and there was no dustpan to use. The house was clean, spacious, and our group hung out on the porch for a good portion of our stay because it overlooks the pool and is just a really nice, cozy porch with plenty of seating. The location is very convenient as we have stayed somewhere without access to side streets and even running to the gas station would take us 20 minutes because of all the traffic on 98. At this house, there is a gas station a couple blocks away accessible by side streets, which I appreciated greatly. I read previous reviews about the hot tub not working and it wasn't working for us either, but it was warm outside and in the pool so no one cared about that. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Space was great for my guests. The weekend we stayed the AC unit was down, found out the day before check in; which wasn't too bad the 1st day because it was a little cool but it did her warm as the trip went on. They did provide fans. Furniture in living room was a little dirty and run down needs to be replaced. Bunk beds not very sturdy. I was suppose to be contacted about redund for inconvenience of no air...that NEVER happened. We only agreed to keep our reservation because destin was completely booked and didnt want to cancel our trip. Pools not heated.

We’re very unhappy that the spa pool wasn’t heated.
We rented the house because it had a spa attached to the pool and thought it naturally would be heated, it’s the whole reason we rented the house. We could have found another house for less money and smaller that didn’t have a spa pool

Nice stay
The home is nice. It was clean and when we arrived a nice man came over and made sure we had fresh propane for our grill. The beds were comfy. The only downfall is the pool/connected hot tub is not heated and it was very cold. Other than that, our family had a good stay!
