Located on Fort Walton Beach, this fifth-floor condo is the perfect retreat for families, groups, and couples alike! Take advantage of the incredible community amenities that include a sparkling outdoor pool and a grilling area, equipped with gas grills. Out and about, check out the Jerry Melvin Beachwalk, Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, Goofy Golf, and Henderson Beach State Park.

The private balcony boasts sweeping Gulf views and two sets of chairs and a table, offering guests a great place to unwind or enjoy their morning coffee.

The inviting living room also features ocean and beach views along with comfortable furniture and a large TV. The well-appointed kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker. The breakfast bar seats two in addition to the four-person dining table. The condo is equipped with a washer/dryer so you can pack light and focus on curating wonderful, life-long memories!

The property was convenient, clean, and had adequate parking. The beach was only steps from the parking lot and just beautiful! The staff at the Nautilus were pleasant and helpful. Overall, we would definitely stay there again.

This is our 2nd time booking this condo and we really like it. Privacy is a bit lacking on the balcony but the view is fantastic, tvs are great, beds are comfortable and it's a very quiet complex. Would stay here for the 3rd time soon!

Emerald Coast vacay

Perfect vacation!

We loved our room! Kitchen was well Equipped for cooking plenty of towels and a washer and dryer. We stayed the week of July 4th and never had to wait long in the elevator!! Very short walk to the beach. Perfect week!

Great views and wonderfully decorated.

I loved the location, design of the building and how nice the condo was. Plenty of space and great views from the balcony. My wife hosted her wedding party for getting ready for our wedding and it was perfect for photos. Also had plenty of space for the girls to get ready. Highly recommend this place.

Great Trip

The condo was clean, kitchen stocked with what we needed, washer and dryer easy to use, beds comfy, and balcony had a pretty good view of the beach. Pool was smaller but clean and had no issues with being over crowded. Walk to beach wasn’t bad at all. We enjoyed our stay. No complaints.

Great stay!

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay! The elevator seemed dated but once inside the condo everything was updated and beautiful. Great views of the sunrise from the balcony! We gave 4* for cleanliness simply because the floors didn't appear to have been swept.. but sand can be difficult to get up so maybe it was swept but some sand remained. Definitely 5* overall.

Beach Perfection

If you are looking for a beautiful, clean, and comfortable beach condo with a great view and easy beach access for an affordable price, then this is for you. We were blown away with all that it offered for the price we were hoping for. We enjoyed a cup of coffee on the patio every morning while listening to the waves. It was so relaxing and good for our souls. It was open and airy and bright. Thank you for such a good vacation. We would like to stay here again next year.

Hurricane Helene Stay

We enjoyed our stay but ended it early due to hurricane Helene and not sure what or if it would effect the area. Great weather while we were there. Had to communicate with the property management and they were very quick to respond. We thought that beach service was included but found out while using the chairs and umbrella our first day that it was not. Ended up going to get a canopy and used the chairs at the condo and worked out great. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

Beautiful sunrise view

My husband and I stayed for 11 nights to escape the cold weather at home. The condo has a great view of the sunrise toward the East, however the front building blocks the view to the West. No problem though because a quick trip down the elevator gets you to the beach for a panoramic view of the gulf and beautiful white sand beach. The second bedroom and bathroom would provide plenty of space for additional guests, although we didn’t use them for this trip, Destin restaurants and shopping are a short drive away.

Great beach condo!

We were very pleased with everything about this unit! Great location on Okaloosa Island with plenty of dining and entertainment just minutes away. The only complaint I could really have is that there was no coffee provided, but that was easily rectified with a quick walk to Tom Thumb next door. My previous experience with Vacasa didn’t go so well but after saying here, the previous issues have all but disappeared from my thoughts. They really delivered this time! The kitchen was well appointed with all necessary utensils, pots, pans, etc. and the coffee pot is set up for tradition brewing or K-cups. The view from the balcony was great and made for an excellent spot for morning coffee or mimosas, or whatever drink you prefer while listening to the waves. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach condo!

This was our first trip to the beach in quite awhile. I researched for a place to stay, and this one was actually affordable! I was apprehensive that the condo wouldn't live up to the photos (they often do not!), however this condo far exceded the photos! It was clean, quiet, had amazing views, was decorated perfectly (I want ALL the decorations in my own home!) The ONLY thing in the home that hasn't been updated (yet) is the master shower, but everything else was updated, modern and very comfortable. They even have a full size washer/dryer, rather than the tiny stacked ones found in most rental condos. The wifi worked well, the TV had lots of channel options, and the view was spectacular. You can only see to the east for the sunrise (the other part of the building blocks the sunset, but we were always on the beach for sunset anyway). The beach access is right there, so it's easy to drag all your stuff to the beach and plop down for the day, or take long walks either direction. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY! Would I move in here forever? I would if I could! It felt like home...with a beach! I hope we will become frequent visitors to this place. I loved it!
