"We have traveled extensively and also had a vrbo, so I want to share some extra details.First, we were very happy with the property. Cleanliness, quiet, privacy from neighbors and the overall feel of the house were perfect.The kitchen is well stocked. There is an automatic drip coffeemaker as well as the Keurig and they kindly give you a little coffee for both, no decaf. I note this for others, because Vibe answered my inquiry incorrectly.The porch near the bbq is on the main floor, right off the sunroom, and is a nice place for enjoying the view outdoors. The next level down has a roof, and offers sunshine as well as shade, this was our favorite spot. We also had some fun in the game room on this level. It has a TV, 2 seats, a multi game machine as well as a driving machine and Foosball.Lots of water floating toys and folding chairs to put on the docks.There is a TV in both the LR and sunroom. They even supply beach towels.The only drawback was feeling a little on display and self conscious at times with the camera on the shed aimed at a LR window that has no shade.The place made for a great 25th anniversary! A central location with great views in a house that is just lovely!"

"The Bungalow was a nice little spot for two. Right off the main road with wineries near by. The place was clean, comfy and we enjoyed watching the sun come up over the lake. Zero complaints and would stay again."

"We loved this home on the lake! This is the cleanest rental that I’ve ever stayed in and when I requested that fragrance free cleaners be used because of my asthma and migraines along with others in our family being sensitive to them, they bought fragrance free cleaners. When we walked in, there was no perfumes cleaning smells, just the smell of clean, which is no smell at all. The view of the sun sparkling on the lake in the morning was breathtaking. There were ice cubes already made for beverages, and making coffee in the morning meant we didn’t have to make a trip out for it. Nicely set up kitchen with any needed gadgets, plates, utensils, etc. We chose the loft bedroom, so we had a beautiful view of the lake in the morning and lots of sunshine. Plenty of space for clothing to hang and be put in dressers. There is a beautiful deck, but also mosquitoes, so take bug spray in the summer. There is a nice sunroom, that we didn’t really use, but I bet it’s lovely in the winter. We used the big dining table inside for playing games. The decor is very nice, I loved the pine wood and beams throughout the home and there is nice lighting for however bright or dim you want it to be. Tim, the host, was responsive to my messages and very quickly too. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Pictures were 100% accurate and the property was clean and comfortable. The fenced in yard as perfect for our dog and the views were amazing! Our Host was easy to get in touch with and very pleasant to interact with. Great place to unwind and relax!"

"Beautiful setting and lake home with stunning views. We traveled with 3 adults and a small dog and were comfortable. The house is well stocked and in good condition. We enjoyed the dock and the kayaks. Private and quiet (trains were short and infrequent). The only drawback was the width of the steps leading to the loft. They would not be appropriate for small children or those with mobility challenges. Otherwise an amazing setting, home and visit to Seneca Lake."

"We came to this property for my wife's surprise birthday with 3 of her closest friends and their families. The property was everything we hoped it would be. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The grounds provided lots of room to explore and a beautiful view of the lake. Pauline could not have been any more responsive or accommodating. Be forewarned that if you are coming with kids there is no television in the house. We actually loved that we were able to unplug while we were there! All in all it was an experience we will never forget and are already forming plans for a return visit to this location!!!!"

"Absolutely stunning view of the lake, especially with the room that has the two beds. Kayaking on the lake was very fun. The kitchen is nice. Stocked fairly well with utensils to cook. Fresh, clean, fluffy towels. Parking situation was a little confusing. There are three total parking spots, but for this rental only two total are dedicated for it, meaning 2 cars. One car spot is for the bungalow. There is a green patch of grass next to the railroad tracks, next to the home that you would have to park any additional cars (fits about 2 SUVS, maybe 3 small sedans). If you have more vehicles I'm not sure where they would go, but we only had four so it worked out for us. The fire pit is at the edge of the lake and it's very buggy down there. We ended up just utilizing the awesome fireplace in the living room instead. Very lovely stay and wish could of stayed longer."
