"It was a great experience for my wife and I to sleep over a pub. The staff were extremely friendly. We met some wonderful people from Wells and we had a really good beer and cider. They even made us a platter of cheese and crackers. The parking was very good, access to the pub was a little difficult due to the many staircases one had to use to get to our room. Was cautious due to low trip advisor but was ace
"Its a super old hotel but my word its spectacular in its architectural features , beatutiful paintwork throughout , stunning restaurant for dinner and breakfast looks out to sea , amazing , lovely bar area lounge , rooms are standard you can get sea view rooms but ours where just stdndard i slept well , overell the hotel was clesn , friendly staff and not bad food too. Not worthy of its 2.9 rating on internet I'd say worthy of 4 out of 5 more like it"
