Really great service all around. We had booked a family suite before we need 3 beds and the sofa bed was broken so they have is another extra room at no charge. Zeyda was great and so was our waiter in the bar! Great margarita pizza there. Will definitely recommend! Thanks for a great 1 night stay before our flight home

Friendly Hotel

Actually everything was pretty good. Staff were all friendly, parking is so practical, breakfast had a good selection, cleanliness is good too. The one thing that bothered me was the temperature in the room. It was just too warm and was not possible to cool down.

Rude staff, the rooms are soooo hot and when i asked for a solution or air conditioning she said they dont work u can open the window rudely and hung up on me , never even in my life even at 2 star hotels have i seen a hotel with no fridge when i asked for oke they denyed me one wanted to up charge me 10eu per day to switct to a room with a fridge the carpet is dirty the bed is stained with smth red might even be blood , my recommendation pay even 60 eu more a day and stay somewhere else

Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Leider sind die Böden im Flur in einem katastrophalen Zustand und voller Flecken. Die Heizung im Zimmer hat leider nicht funktionieren so daß es sehr kalt im Zimmer war. Da wir erst spät abends ankamen und auch nur für eine Nacht zum schlafen da waren hat es uns nicht weiter gestört und wurde auch nicht von uns reklamiert.

Die Heizung ist defekt (kalt). Das warme Wasser hat ca.40°. Es gibt im gesamten Hotel nur Badewannen mit Duschbrause, wobei der Wasserdruck zu stark, im Brausekopf, gedrosselt ist. Das Expedia Portal gibt keine Bewertung oder Sonderwünsche ans Hotel weiter, das finde ich sehr Schade.
